Drinking hot water or tea after a meal

Here’s an article I came across. States the benefits on drinking warm/ hot water, or tea after a meal. Not sure what is the truth and science behind it. Read on and make your own judgment.

In food culture, the Chinese and Japanese often drink hot tea with their meals.
Drinking warm water after your meal, can aid digestion and reduce heat burn and even health attack.

It is nice to have a glass of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water solidifies oily stuff that you have just consumed and slow s down the digestion process. Once this ’sludge’ reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food and lining your intestines. This fat solids may lead to cancer. ( I think this an exaggeration, not scientific basis. Anyone care to comment?) Hence, it is advise to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

Common Symptoms Of Heart Attack… (Good to know)

A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to happen. You may never experience the first chest pain, during the course of a heart attack.

Nausea, intense sweating are also common symptoms.

60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. (I have heard of this related from friends who have relative that pass on in their sleep at age of 35!)

Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let’s be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive.
