From the Spanish-influenced dishes of the Philippines to the Vegetarian and dietary demands of Buddhist and Hindu faiths. One practice common to most Asian countries is the method of serving. Mealtimes are relaxed, informal. Guest help themselves, either with chopsticks of left hand. Dishes often offer a balance of textures, aromas. Ingredients fresh and full of flavour!
